Point 1 and Point 2 contradict each other, no?

Your privacy is a right you haven’t always had and privacy is a human right. You and I and WE are all born human, so from birth we all have this right. Living under different regimes of course can see this as otherwise, though seeing something from a different point of view doesn’t make it so. Hence a dictator, or even a dermocratilcy ran country can decide that the colour RED is really BLUE, doesn’t make it so, but they can go ahead. We are all born with a right to privacy, and no one should be allowed to limit it.
